Locating clients
Because of the relationship-building our street outreach workers do with clients, and the trauma informed manner in which we work, we are able to locate clients in the community that are often unreachable to other agencies. This is a vital component in connecting them to services and housing they need to get off the streets and into housing.
Housing/Coordinated Entry
Coordinated Entry Assessments, Alaska Housing Application, Neighborworks, etc. We will work with clients in finding the right housing placement that adheres to their needs.
Verifications of Disability
Assessments by licensed clinicians, Vulnerability Assessment Test, Mental Health Assessments
Vouchers
DMV vouchers to purchase Identification/Bus Passes
Centralized Messaging center / PO BOX for homeless clients.
● PO BOX for clients to receive mail
● Phone Service to leave messages for enrolled clients
● Provide Lifeline telephones
Transportation Services
Transportation to essential appointments
